Simple Seed Organizer (“the Service”) is operated by Beck Harris Design (“we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Simple Seed Organizer is a seed inventory tracking tool for home gardeners. The Service allows you to store, organize, and retrieve information about your seed collection, including AI-assisted reading of seed-packet photos you upload.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are issued at our discretion within 7 days of purchase. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country or state of residence.
Your seed inventory data and uploaded photos belong to you. By uploading content, you grant us permission to store and process it to operate the Service, including sending photos and seed text to our AI provider to extract and enrich seed information. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties except as required to operate the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Growing information generated by AI features is provided for convenience and may contain errors; you are responsible for verifying it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with venue in Travis County, Austin, Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country or state of residence gives you other rights.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
